The crab crusted haddock was simply delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly with crab on top and tiny edible violets adding color and was an unexpected accompaniment. The sides were tri color fingerling potatoes and sauteed spinach. Both were cooked al dente, exactly the way l love them. The meal was large enough that l will have left overs as a lunch also. We ate our meal on the seasonal deck overlooking Southwick Zoo. The ambiance at Gallifords is warm and inviting. As we were leaving after a very enjoyable meal l promised myself that l would be back...soon!
